This policy explains how inquiry data submitted through the Padgrove Sourcing form may be used to organize factory quote requests. No street address, telephone number, or physical office is operated on this site.
The form collects name, optional company, work email, optional phone, and the procurement requirement text. Optional budget and supplier preference are merged into that requirement during submission when JavaScript is available. They are buyer notes, not a credit check.
Requirement text is used to clarify pad profile, quantity, destination, and timing with potential suppliers. We do not sell mailing lists. Production receipt of inquiries remains pending a live endpoint and is not claimed as completed by this source package.
Retention follows the operator of /service/feedback.act. Contact that operator if you need a correction after a live endpoint exists. Until then, treat published copy as informational only.
